A new tool to measure greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for dairy operations is in the works. In a collaboration between the Farmers Assuring Responsible Management Environmental Stewardship Program (FARM ES) and the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, a new and rigorous science-based approach positions FARM ES as the primary tool in measuring the industry’s success in achieving its 2050 environmental stewardship goals.
