Ranchers are now able to sell high-quality beef on auction directly to customers through a new Bid on Beef platform. Founder Chris Ear says the platform was created to help beef producers get paid for what their product is worth. Buyers can place their bids through online and in-person auctions. Those winning bidders will have their meat on their doorstep just two days after the auction.
