For the week ending November 28, The USDA reports corn sales reached 1.73 million metric tons. This is an increase of 63% from the previous week and 4% above the prior four-week average.

Mexico led purchases with 392,400 metric tons. This was followed by Japan with 357,700 tons. South Korea purchased 212,700 tons and Costa Rico bought 84,200 tons. The total exports would have been even higher, however Guatemala calcelled orders for 27,700 tons.

Soybean exports fell the week ending November 28. The volume fell 7% to 2.31 million metric tons. That is still an increase of 17% from the average this time of year.
