Warm Holiday Wishes from the ProAg Team
This year presented unique challenges for American farmers and ranchers. Yet through it all, those in agriculture showed up for each other — showing compassion and unflinching resilience in the face of severe weather and changing markets.
That spirit of community deserves to be celebrated, especially as we approach the holiday season. At ProAg, we’re honored to support American agriculture, helping farmers and ranchers grow with confidence through every season. Good and bad.
We believe our support should extend beyond our day-to-day work in crop insurance. After all, caring is at the heart of our ProAg team. Together, we give back through the ProAg Cares program, an employee-founded-and-led initiative. It allows us to dedicate our time, talents and donations to help take care of each other, our communities and the agriculture industry.
This year, our team is grateful for the opportunity to lend a helping hand to communities recovering from the effects of recent natural disasters. Together with our parent company, Tokio Marine HCC, ProAg is proud to make a financial donation to Feeding America.
In addition to managing a nationwide network of food banks and pantries, Feeding America is the largest food rescue organization in the United States. Partnering with the ag community, Feeding America also reaches out to farmers and builds relationships with underserved farming communities to help create a future where no one is hungry.
According to Feeding America, more than 44 million people in the United States experience food insecurity. Every dollar donated to the organization can provide a minimum of 10 meals for those experiencing hunger.
To each farmer, rancher and ProAg agent, we want to wish you a Merry Christmas, a happy holiday season and a happy New Year. We look forward to growing with you in 2025.
