What is the ProAg Cares program?

Caring is at the heart of who we are. The ProAg Cares program allows us to support our team, our communities and our industry.

As part of the program, we come together to provide resources that help teammates facing natural disasters or difficult family situations. It also offers us one day of paid volunteer time off to use with the nonprofit organization of our choice. And it encourages us to get involved with agriculture industry associations.

In partnership with our parent company, employees, agencies and policyholders, we donated over $150,000 to causes we believe in through 2023 ProAg Cares efforts.

What can I expect from the interview process?

The interview process is your time to share your experience. You’ll meet with potential team members to get a feel for the team and the career opportunity. We want you to get to know ProAg during this process, so please feel free to ask questions along the way.
