U.S. ag exports to Mexico shattered all-time records in 2021 according to USDA export data. An agency report showed that pandemic recovery and high commodity prices helped increase both value and quantity of exports. Overall exports to the country totaled $25.5 billion, an increase from $18.3 billion in 2020 – or nearly 40%. Imports from Mexico also climbed 15% higher at $37.9 billion compared to 2020.
